MISSOURI FARM BUREAU HEARING AID BENEFIT PLAN

Those of you who are members of the Missouri Farm Bureau are now eligible for discounted hearing aid benefits through Professional Hearing Center. This is a new program introduced in Missouri in the summer of 2007 and we are the exclusive hearing healthcare provider in the area.

CLEAR VALUE Hearing Healthcare is the benefit plan now offered through Missouri Farm Bureau at no extra cost to its membership. Along with generous discounts on Siemens Hearing Instruments it also includes a 1 year supply of free hearing aid batteries, directional microphones, telecoils and extensive factory warranties. In addition, it provides ongoing no fee hearing aid care and maintenance.

In order to take advantage of these hearing aid benefits, you can call your local Farm Bureau Insurance Service office for information on how you can become a Missouri Farm Bureau member.
